Notable Bars
The Government of Buenos Aires has, in its infinite wisdom, defined a list of 72 bares notables in the city that they define as having historical or cultural importance in some way.
The full list can be found here, but to make things easy for you I will be visiting each of these fine establishments over the next few weeks (I know, it’s a hard life) to sample not only their delicious beverages and food, but more importantly to identify what makes a notable bar here in Buenos Aires. The bars I’ve visited will appear below the map and will be displayed with a coffee cup on the map. Blue markers mean I haven’t made it there yet!
